The lemon cup was designed by the client, while we were responsible for testing its feasibility. We used epoxy resin to solidify the structure and eliminate air bubbles, ensuring the prop’s successful formation. The optimal mixing ratio of epoxy resin and hardener is 3:1, a crucial factor in achieving the final result. Additionally, to prevent excessive heat from causing the glass cup to break, the production process had to be completed in multiple stages for safety and quality assurance.
